Dogi-Dogi sends SMS only for non-marketing, customer-care and service-coordination purposes. All SMS is opt-in only. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Who may receive Dogi-Dogi SMS

The current Dogi-Dogi SMS program sends messages only to people who voluntarily submit a pet-waste-station or community-service report through the Dogi-Dogi web report form and affirmatively opt in on that form. Scanning a QR code only opens the report form — scanning alone does not create SMS consent.

Phone number is optional. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. A report can be submitted without providing a phone number or consenting to SMS.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Dogi-Dogi does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
